Partnership x-country competition
Swindon partnership introduced x-country as a new competition this year with great success.
Access Day is a Great Success
The Partnership held the first Access Day of the year for pupils from Special Schools or Mainstream Schools with units. The event was held at Oasis Leisure Centre on Thursday 26th November and was attended by over 100 pupils.
PE at Haydonleigh School
What a busy term! Physical education continues to be a big focus within the school as it moves towards the government’s 5 hr target. This year every child at Haydonleigh will have a minimum of 2 hours timetabled P.E as well as access to more clubs, inter school competitions, and a wider range of sporting activities.
Girls are Getting Active!
Thursday November the 4th witnessed the second annual Swindon Girls Active Event. This year the event was held at Next Generation and 150 girls aged 14-16 attended.
Meeting Dame Kelly Holmes
On Wednesday 19th November, 4 lucky children from Haydonleigh school paid a visit to Greendown school to take part in a Swindon School Sports Partnership event and there was a very special guest……….Dame Kelly Homes.
