You can enter all of the events - or an individual activity. They will run at the same time - so the same pupil cannot participate in more than one activity. This format lends itself to bringing a whole class - with some pupils attending each sport.
The cheerleading and gold will include an element of coaching / instruction and require no prior experience of the sport.
Squad sizes: rugby - team of 8, squad of 12 (must include a min of 4 of each gender in squad), tri golf - team of 8, cheerleading - min of 4, no maximum.
Please indicate on your entry which sports you will bring a team to.
