Boost is a Swindon SSP resource which includes a DVD (costing £3) which includes 7 aerobic / dance routines varying from easy to hard. The aim is to boost the body and mind and increase the learning and effectiveness of the classroom by giving the pupils a small break between subjects to move around and boost their oxygen levels to body and brain.

Boost has also proven to be a great way to increase your physical activity time. Contact your SSCO if you would like sports leaders to visit your school and perform a demonstration.
